Hey there Cheire *waves*

Welcome to the nut house.

Hum... I wonder if LLk would got for a name change. 'The Nuthouse' seems so much for fitting...

Welcome! Another mind to toy with, eh, guys? *looks suddenly guilty*

Anywho, hello. Reckon we should petition LLK into changing the name to The Nuthouse? I quite like it...

Oh, and Delaney, don't worry about the CSI thing. 'Tis popular here, but you get by pretty easily without writing for it. I should know; they haven't disowned me. Yet. *whispers* I fear it's only a matter of time...

I'll stop talking now. But I just got my internet back after a week! This makes me Happy-Child.

Good luck with the writing, Delaney, and I'll see you 'round.

Oooo! I'd love to see some Pushing Daisies fics up in here! Welcome, Delaney!

And by the way... I'm sooo mad they're canceling it. So I'm glad somebody is willing to write it.

And yes... the Nuthouse would be a fun new name.

Hi, I'm Jen. I found this little forum from CSI:Miami's Talk site and must say, completely devoured everything on that thread. This is an incredible idea and I'm looking forward to reading and improving my writing. i ship the following: E/C from CSI: Miami, Stella and Mac, Lindsay and Danny, and Flack and Angell from CSI: NY, Nick and Sara from Vegas, Mulder and Scully from X-Files, Michael and Nikita from LFN, Tracy and Vachon and Nick and Natalie from Forever Knight, Brian and Michael from Queer as Folk, Nate and Sophie from Leverage, and a few others that aren't coming to me right now, past and present.

Another Queer as Folk fan?! Score! Welcome! And the X-Files... well, that just goes without saying.

What part of the world'd you roll in from? My only other Aussie buddy nicked off somewhere... *scowl*

Anyway, welcome, as they say, to the nut house.

(Can't you just hear the evil creaking doors and cackling, there?)

Hi everybody,

I'm new here, by invitation of Zelda! I'm super-excited to get started, but since I'm the mommy of a three-month-old, my time is limited. I'll do what I can, though!

I've been writing pretty much my whole life; my best friend and I wrote a novel in elementary school, much to the amusement of our friends and the consternation of our teachers. I dabbled in it off and on until about high school, where stupid projects and term papers zapped all the fun out of it. In college, I concentrated on my "real job," the cello, and basically didn't write anything except e-mails until about three years ago, when I got myself a blog.

Last January, I had a dream about a Cold Case scene, although that scene never actually happened on the show. Out of curiosity, I decided to see if I could make it coherent. Five months and thirty-nine chapters later, "Every Time Two Fools Collide" was in the books on FFN. I've written a sequel to that, which further delves into Scotty/Lilly shipperness.

Lately I've been exploring Scotty paired with Kat Miller, an unorthodox pairing, but one I'm having a blast with. I'm finishing up "First Few Desperate Hours" on FFN and am about to start the sequel, "Bridge Over Troubled Water." I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you and reading your work!

Welcome, indeed! Hope you have fun here, and just as an aside, don't worry at all about unorthodox pairings. I write non-canon slash for a show that like, two people here watch, but they still like me.

Well, they put up with me, anyway, which is something. *grin*

Anywho.

Have fun!

I'm gonna go out on a limb (a very tiny limb!) and say that you're going to have a great time
