SHEESH! I'm so nervous about introducing myself, it's like the first day at a new school...
Well actually, I've never really switched schools, so that would be like the first day at high school. No, wait, I wasn't really nervous then either, because my whole primary school pretty much moved with me. But that's a lie, because I'm habitually nervous. Yeah, okay I was nervous, but the fact remains that I'm rambling.
Rambling bad...
Okay, where was I? Ah yes, introductions. I'm MidwinterMasque, but you can probably read. (I'd hope that you're literate, seeing as this is a critique group. But numerate on the other hand... That spamming guard thing on the membership sign-up page could be quite baffling. It asked me what 5+2 was, and I very nearly answered 9. Maths methods! And then I nearly laughed my arse off when it informed me that in the event I could not solve the sum, I should contact the system administrator or something. Heh. Oh dear, I'm rambling again aren't I?)
I was introduced to the FCG (isn't that awesome? I'm familiarly referring to it as the FCG already...) by a very persistent friend - your very own Giorgia - who told me that no, you are nice people, and yes, I could join without any formal qualifications.
I must confess to being a Die-Hard Harry Potter Fan - yes all in capitals. In my spare time I drink worrying amounts of tea, read fan fiction, make bad graphics, and indulge in the occasional spot of fan fiction writing.
I don't really know what else to put here, except that I'm Australian (that should insure me against any embarrassing social faux pas I am liable to make) and terribly petty. Just ask Giorgia. She knows.
And now would be the opportune moment to leave.
