I'm going to enjoy taking a little break while I wait for the next plot bunny to hop in, but it was a great feeling finishing the third story in the trilogy.

The dog is UGA. He's the mascot at my school, The University of Georgia...

The same line of dog has been the mascot forever at the University. They are from Savannah, GA. This is UGA VII

Well, I don't know if there's anyone still out there, as this place has been really quiet for the last few months, but I'm going to share some news anyway just in case someone's looking!!!

I JUST WON NANOWRIMO! First time I've done Nano, and I did it with 2 days to spare. Or technically, 4 days as I was away for the first two days. But YAY - I did it, and I'm really proud of myself. Of course, the downside is that at just over 50k words, it's only actually half way through the story, so I still have to finish it all off. Ah well, it'll give me something to do on the long, dark winter nights...

I'm not gonna make an oscar acceptance speech, but just wanted to say thanks to all you guys on this site that have encouraged me over the last couple of years, because if you hadn't I wouldn't have even been able to attempt it. So THANKS!

And I hope you're all OK, wherever you are, whatever you're doing.

Hell yes! THat's awesome, Jude!! I'm standing in a hotel in Hue, Vietnam, watching mopeds and tourists, and you just made me grin like nohting else! I'm so happy for you! That's so much writing! I was meaning to do it last year, but things (like school) got in the way. And then, I was meaning to do it this year, but things (like school) got in the way. Bad time of year, November, for us Aussies. Exams left, right and centre.
