Does a story have to be finished to be featured here?

Hey I was just wondering, does a story have to be completed before it's featured as the story of the week here? I've got a work in progress I'd like to have as a feature story because I'm not getting much feedback on it through normal reviews (only a hand full of reviews over several months and mostly saying things like "I like this, hurry and update soon").

No, I don't believe it has to be completed in order to be featured. Right now we have a story up in the featured section that has multiple chapters and I don't believe it's completed yet. (At least in her ff.net account, it doesn't say complete)

Feel free to link your story in the I'd like to submit my story for Critique thread and it may be considered for a future feature. However, (and you might already be aware of this) in order to be featured, one should participate and critique others' fics as well; so your fic may not be picked right away if you're relatively new. We like our members to be somewhat active and familiar with everything before they are eligible to be featured. :)

It's great to have you aboard.

Oneshots do have to be completed.

Chapter stories do not.
And what of Henry, my Odysseus? Henry is an artist of another sort, a disappearing artist. Our life together in this too-small apartment is punctuated by Henry's small absences.
