Well, I guess as long as both chapters fit within the word limit for whichever challenge you've picked I don't see why it wouldn't be okay.
And what of Henry, my Odysseus? Henry is an artist of another sort, a disappearing artist. Our life together in this too-small apartment is punctuated by Henry's small absences.

I have a question about option three about the past/present/future deal:

Does the action in the piece have to actually take place in all three, or can it be more like internal dialogue?

Jacqui it can be any way you choose for it to be.

For my piece it was really neither but it worked out pretty well.

Just play with it and enjoy it.

Also... I'd like for you all to remember that I need you to PM a link to your entries to me. So far I've only recieved one.

Re: Challenge #7

OK, I think I'm doing this one:

lostladyknight wrote:Must include the phrase: "What are you afraid of?"
Must be a minimum of: 750
Must be rated a minimum of: PG13
Must include: Rain
And choose a topic: Family/the past
Submitted to you by: *Sarai*

on the grounds of a sudden idea, now half-written, but no idea where it's going yet! :?

Ah well, I've got 24 hours. Who needs sleep?!

Okay, so I was planning on attempting this... but given that it's currently coming up for half 2am and I've had way too many shots of whatever it was I was shotting, I *really* am going to have to sit this one out. :(
Proof-read carefully to see if you any words out.

:(

Random question: how many of these challenges have each of you all written?

I'm about 90% done and you'll have a pm by this evening. I just wrote the one, but it might push the word limit.

Aww Kaz, I feel your pain, I really do, I went to this club in Leicester called mosh, which is a cool indie club but it has a mosh pit in the basement...suddenly I'm wearing 4 inch heels in a mosh pit...so not advisable hehe. Fic status update; the worst thing I have ever written. but will be done in half an hour so good times :)

Edit- Still not done, it's one of the girls 21st birthdays and she went out, and they're all worse for wear, but poor Amy wasn't very well, so me being the sober one that was still awake, had to play nurse, however tis all sorted, and I have my special little EST clock running to remind me of the time

Edit 2- I've got all the elements sorted, just need to finish it, 1 and a half hours :D

Nearly done! Just burnt my hand making jam (don't ask, but OW), so typing just became a little harder. And a little less ambidextrous.

Oww Giorgia, hot jame is not good :(

I'm finished :) And I'm apologising now to the person who has to critique it, it's the beastliest creation to ever come out of my brain; it is a child of sambuca and mosh lol. Can't wait to see the rest!

Yeah, three ice-packs-being-melted later, it's feeling less... well, just less, actually...

I'm done, too! Yay!
