1. Everyone is allowed to participate.
2. You will have until Saturday to write your piece.
3. IF you write a piece and submit it to me you MUST critique next week. No exceptions.
4. When you've written your piece please PM me a link to it.
5. Next week I'll assign everyone who has written a piece someone else's to critique.
6. Have fun!
7. No challenge element is set in stone, but don't bend it TOO much.
8. Can be written for ANY fandom you so choose, so have fun with it!

1. Must include the phrase: "Do I have to fall asleep..."
2. Must be a minimum of 1000 words
3. Must have a maximum rating of PG 13
4. Must include a fandom you don't normally write for.
5. Must either be romantic, angst, or humor, but could also be some combination of the three.

Please everyone remember that you only have a week to write your piece. And everyone please remember to thank Racefh852639 for coming up with the challenge. All pieces should be emailed to me or links private messaged (on here) to me by this Saturday. That’s September 6th, 2008

If you have any questions about how/why I made the choice please just ask. Thanks for participating in the contest and I welcome you all (and your friends) to join in on this challenge!

I'm in!

Oh, geez. A fandom I don't normally write for? I only write for one! On the bright side, that leaves me with a lot of choices...

Giorgia, if you need any help with fandoms, just go to my profile on ff.net. If you choose any of those shows to write for, just email me or IM me or something, and I'll be glad to help you out with them. Except NY, I'd go to someone who actually watches it regularly to get help. But if you write for Vegas, LLK, racefh, and I are good with it. I'm willing to help, but maybe they will too... maybe. I'm not saying they will... I"m not them, I can't make that assumption. I'm gonna stop rambling now. Off to work on my challenge fic!

Lol, Giorgia? I feel your pain. But, it does say, "Include". So...
Proof-read carefully to see if you any words out.

I'm done too, actually. :)

I wrote my first ever NCIS story. :)
Dean: Talking to a messenger of God on a cell phone. It's kind of like watching a Hell's Angel riding a moped.
Castiel: This isn't funny, Dean. The voice says I'm almost out of minutes.

I would prefer fandoms you HAVEN'T written for... but I suppose that's really up to Racefh since she was the one that invented the challenge.

I'm half done... maybe? Does that count? I plan to be done tonight.

I recieved both of your fics ladies! I haven't read them yet. Since Amanda and I are doing the same fandom I'm going to avoid reading her fic at all costs possible so I don't acidentally write something similar.

And I'm glad to help with any fandom you have questions about. If I know it... obviously.

Well what I have planned, I wrote for once, and then took it down; does that count?

I won't be able to start it until Saturday so it won't be the best. But I'll have a go, I think.

Thanks for the offer Amanda Ruth, and for the pointing out of things, kazalene.

Ooh, Java Junkie? That didn't even occur to me! *Hits self on head* But I think that's a bit ambitious for me anyway. I've gone for Without A Trace. Which is hard, but quite fun. It makes it difficult that I don't actually watch the show that much (due to stupid changes-of-screening-times) and I imagine we're like two seasons behind the US, so.

Oh well. A challenge is a challenge, after all. It'd be no fun if it was easy.

Yargh.

I finished.

I'm glad I finished.

I've gone for another of my favorite GG 'ships. Literati. It and Java Junkie make my heart go boom boom boom. This will be a good challenge week for me. *dances* Two of my favorite 'ships.

Yay!
